Yes. We're built around children's privacy. We follow COPPA, require verifiable parental consent before a child uses the app, show no ads, never sell data, and keep social features limited (reaction-only, no open chat or public usernames). Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Setup starts with a grown-up's email. We send a verification link (valid 24 hours) to confirm an adult controls the account. No personal information is collected from the child until consent is complete. You can withdraw consent any time.

No. Points and in-app savings figures are educational tracking tools with no cash value, and Krissy Banx never holds your money. Real savings stay with your family — in a physical cube and, later, a real account at a partner bank.

Save real money in a physical cube, then pair it with an NFC or QR club card. Tap or scan to link the cube to your child's digital vault in the app, so deposits sync and milestones get celebrated automatically.

It's a guided handoff to a partner financial institution when your child is ready to graduate from cubes to a real account. Krissy Banx is not a bank; the account is opened with and governed by the partner.

You can delete in-app under Guardian Settings → Privacy & Data, or use our Delete Account page. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.
